The parties shall first attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute arising from these Terms through informal negotiation. If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may refer it to mediation or arbitration under the Arbitration and Mediation Act 2023, seated in Abuja, before resorting to litigation.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Subject to clause 2.16, the courts of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute not resolved through negotiation, mediation or arbitration.
